As part of Lowe’s Home Improvement community outreach and support of higher education programs, Clark Atlanta University was a recipient of $10,000 worth of personal protective equipment from the company.
“Lowe’s wanted to partner with a longstanding historically black college and university (HBCU) that had truly made a difference in the lives of its students. This is why we selected Clark Atlanta University,” Debra Harper, the eProcurement Sales Manager, said.
Harper worked closely with Brian Cicero, Lowes Pro Sales Manager, and Shelton Anderson, Associate Vice President of Facilities Management, Project Management, and Planning for Clark Atlanta University.
Items from the donation were sneeze guard plastic shields, arrow signage, automatic towel dispenser, wipe dispensers and high capacity trash containers.
In an effort to get students back safely on campus, this donation aids in the mitigation of COVID-19 by providing products that abide by the health and safety guidelines.
